Haggerty was a Football and Track star at Southwest Oklahoma State where he was named to the All LSC 1st Team for 2 straight years. Haggerty is a speedster who tested at 4.3 in the 40. He was signed by the Cleveland Browns where he excelled in training camp and was described by then Head Coach Eric Mangini as the "best" undrafted player in camp. He was on his way to a place on the roster when a lis franc injury ended his season and cost him the following season. He has made a full recovery and made it through camp and preseason last year with the Patriots.
